Shisha

SHISHA IN EGYPT: In Cairo you often see men sitting at outdoor cafes smoking shisha - the molasses coated tobacco. One famous spot for "hubbly-bubbly" is El Fishawy St. in Khan El-Khalili. The nargile has been a cultural fixture for ages. The hookah is more than a means of puffing smoke; shisha smoking is a relaxed process - it takes time, time out from other activities to listen to the water bubble and watch the clouds of smoke float away. Time to relax.
